I have lived in the Nanaimo area since I was a girl in 1988 when my family moved from the big city of Vancouver for the opportunity to enjoy acres of freedom, trees and peace. Growing up with an equestrian lifestyle on a farm, I am very knowledgeable with horse properties, hobby farms and acreages of all sorts. For many years my “heels” were riding boots and 4H club was life!
My background is in Fisheries and Aquatic Science. I have an extra layer of understanding when it comes to, for example, water quality and attention to detail. I moved from Disease Diagnostics with D.F.O. to working for several years in graphic design for print, web and online marketing for real estate developments while my children were quite young. The experience I bring to the table for marketing Developments and Residential Listings is very helpful in getting homes SOLD!
I can assist with a variety of home and investment property acquisitions. I am always very forthright with my opinions on real estate investments and work diligently to get the best terms possible for my investors and all my clients.
Outdoor sportsmen/woman, families and relocation are so fun to work with. My husband and I have three teenage daughters, so I am personally acquainted with the local schools, activities and resources for families. Our family and our little dog Loup are active in the community and aware of all the fun things to do here and amazing reasons you live here too. I have been a REALTOR® since 2007 and have been a real estate investor for many years. I get the whole picture!
