Stephen grew up in Stratford Ontario, and made a 25 year stop-over in Calgary before finally arriving in Nanaimo. Originally licensed in Alberta, Stephen is very excited to be a member of the Real Estate community on Vancouver Island.
A life-long interest in Architecture, an Interior Designer in his mother and an Architectural Technologist for a sister, Stephen has a passion for helping people to find their dream home, whether they are first-time buyers, or experienced homeowners who want to downsize, or upgrade.
Having a background in technology, and a focus on relationship building, Stephen applies both art and science when listening to his clients wants and needs – then analyzing the real estate market to provide the best possible service and finding the perfect home.
