My name is Lucas Pugh and I am a REALTOR on Rob Grey & Associates, a real estate team based in Nanaimo and serving Qualicum to Cowichan. I have lived in Nanaimo my entire life yet I have travelled throughout many provinces for work in a family construction business. Central Vancouver Island remains the best place to live in my opinion.
Our family business is concrete foundations on a broad scale from residential to commercial to industrial. The atmosphere of hard work is essential to who I am today as a problem solver with a disciplined, reliable work ethic; these characteristics are the cornerstone of being a quality REALTOR.
Working with people every day to help them achieve their goals is my true passion. If it means helping someone buy their first home, find an investment property, sell their home, or downsize, I find fulfillment in my work.
