The West Coast has always been on her heart and finally in 2013 Samantha made the move from Calgary to Vancouver Island, ultimately calling Lantzville home with her husband and two sons. Her interest in real estate peaked in 2002 after purchasing and renovating a home alongside her father. From designing kitchen layouts to grouting tiles, she’s not afraid to get involved in all aspects of home ownership and investment.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Samantha spent 10 years gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience in the commercial real estate industry for TELUS Communications Inc. Offering leasing payment support for landlords and tenants, as well as maintaining relationships with vendors across her Alberta and BC portfolio, Samantha gained a scrupulous eye for detail. Her previous experience working as an Executive Assistant to a VP has undoubtedly prepared her for the fast paced, fine details that go into finding her Buyers their perfect home.
Samantha frequently volunteers her time as the VP of the Seaview Elementary School PAC as well as in the local Children’s Ministry at Neighbourhood Church. When the opportunity presents itself, you’ll find her snowboarding or exploring the snowshoe loops at Mount Washington. Whether it’s camping & boating around the Gulf Islands, or paddleboarding Shuswap Lake, Samantha looks forward to introducing you to all that this beautiful island has to offer.
