Tom, Managing Broker of RE/MAX of Nanaimo, has served on various committees at both the Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver Real Estate Boards. He is a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada, and is a member of The Real Estate Institute of BC and a Student Advisor for them. After completing his Diploma in Urban Land Economics at UBC, he became a Wesbrook Society contributing member in the Real Estate Division at the Sauder School of Business. He also serves as a BCREA and Real Estate Board course writer and instructor, and as an expert witness in Real Estate for BC Supreme Court.
In his spare time, he enjoys family time, travel, and competing in International Snooker League tournaments.
