After graduating with an economics degree from the University of Victoria, Julien started his professional career in financial services. His role on the other side of the desk helped him hone his investment skills and garner the ability to understand his clients’ financial needs. This is where he uncovered his passion for helping people realize their investment potential (both in real estate and other areas). Julien saw firsthand that buying or selling a home will be among the biggest investments of someone’s life and realized that real estate was where he wanted to take his career and shaped a strategy to get there. Several years later he landed a robust consulting role that worked directly with realtors to develop their online marketing techniques. Julien was able to leverage his investment knowledge and mentor some of the top real estate agents in the country. He worked alongside them to develop cutting edge marketing plans and sales strategies. This role was the perfect preceding step for the next phase in his career as a Realtor here in Nanaimo.
Away from the office, when Julien isn’t busy helping his clients buy and sell Nanaimo homes, you can typically find him outside exploring the abundance of different trails, mountains, and viewpoints that Vancouver Island has to offer (…he’s even happy to share a few secret spots).
