When Chris Andrusco joined the Real Estate Business in 1987, she made a commitment to represent her Buyers and Sellers with the highest calibre of professional service ever experienced. From the onset of her career in real estate, Chris has been independently involved with the sales of hundreds of homes in various price ranges, up to several million dollars. As a result of her success and professional efforts, Chris has received many inquiries on a referral basis from clients wanting to sell their homes, and/or seeking to purchase a new residence.
Over the years, Chris’ previous work experience has proven to be beneficial. In addition to real estate, her profession in the airline industry taught her the importance of punctuality, self-discipline, people skills, organization and effective communication.
Chris’ extensive time and effort in the real estate industry has been vast, beginning in Saskatoon, Sask., working in New Home Sales for several quality builders and consistently earning numerous awards on a monthly and annual basis. In 1993, Chris expanded her real estate career to British Columbia. Initially several years on Vancouver Island, followed by White Rock, B.C. and returned once again to the Vancouver Island area.
There is no substitute for promotion, networking, and a having a deep comprehension of market conditions, finely honed negotiation skills, and always responding to our client’s individual needs. Therefore in 2006, Chris became a Certified Mentor for Buffini and Company and since has facilitated numerous courses and been involved in the mentoring, support and training of hundreds of realtors to become PEAK PRODUCERS in the industry. This is a constant reminder that success is not measured solely by sales, but more importantly by the relationships built in the process.
